My top floor, 2 bedroom home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac, about a mile from downtown Evanston; a 15 min walk to the Dempster Purple line station, which brings you right into Chicago. Northwestern and Loyola are nearby for a visit too! The area has wonderful lakeside parks and beaches, so no matter the time of year, you'll appreciate the natural beauty! Grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are within walking distance as well. The space I've tried to think of everything a guest might need during a stay to feel "at home." You'll appreciate the attention to detail and the little touches added throughout. The beds have memory foam mattresses and are top quality. The kitchen and bath are fully equipped, and the space was designed with peace and quiet in mind. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 9pm and 8am so large gatherings during this time frame cannot be permitted. Guest access You'll have full access to my 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, including a small deck off the kitchen, as well as laundry in the basement and parking on the side driveway, to the left of the building. The entrance to the unit is private and uses a keypad. Please note that there are approx 18 steps leading up to the unit as shown in the photo.
