Monthly rental only. This peaceful and quiet non-smoking home is located at the foothills leading to Rolling Hills. It is located in a very safe enclave, only five minutes by car to local beaches. There are two homes on one lot. The Spanish style house facing the street is occupied. The larger, two-story home is located in the rear of the property, ensuring privacy. The home is protected by an exterior only security camera. The space This delightful two-story, Mediterranean style Airbnb home is located through double white gates to the south of the property and is in the rear. A two-car garage is attached to the house from the alley, with access directly into the dining room. Unfortunately, due to a staircase to the upper floors and tile floors which could cause problems for children falling, I regret this house is NOT child friendly especially for infants. We do not allow dogs. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable television, ceiling fan and attached bathroom with tub and shower. The middle bedroom has a new queen bed, ceiling fan and storage drawers/closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, closet and two windows, which creates excellent air flow. Floors are Mediterranean tile downstairs and wood upstairs. No carpeting, except for a rug in the living room. Air conditioning system and heat. Second bathroom has walk in shower (no tub) and is located downstairs off dining room. The dining room seats six and is off the kitchen in an open plan. The living room is small but cozy and features a large white sectional sofa, gas fireplace and wall mounted television with separate Roku. Smart TV in bedroom includes Netflix/Amazon). Lovely patio with tropical murals on wall. Lots of greenery, including lemon bushes - help yourself. Glass patio table and umbrella seats six. Close to public transportation, restaurants and shops. Garage and street parking. Free wifi, television, washer/dryer. Exterior security camera ensures no one other than authorized guests and cleaning crew can enter home. Guest access Access to all rooms. Outside, use the double white gates to enter the property. The narrower walkway to the north is for the use of the front house occupant. Other things to note Torrance Memorial Hospital is within walking distance as are many restaurants, hair salons and small markets. The City of Redondo Beach and the attractive Hollywood Riviera beaches are only seven minutes by car to the north driving along Pacific Coast Highway, followed by Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach. Long Beach and San Pedro are 25 minutes to the east. The 405 Freeway is approximately 15 minutes to the north and the "110" Freeway is about ten minutes to the east. Several restaurants including Bombay Tandoori, Black Bear Diner, Shakeys Pizza, Baskin Robbins, a new Thai restaurant and a few Italian restaurants are all located within several hundred feet of the home. Best Buy and Starbucks are across the street. There are convenient bus stops on PCH and Hawthorne Blvd. and numerous hair and nail salons plus an International grocery within one or two blocks. One mile north on PCH is a Bank of America, Sprouts Market, and a large international market. If you are traveling without a car, you are only two blocks away from Pacific Coast Highway where you have access to three bus lines. One line, Commuter Express, operates at the morning and evening rush hours and takes you quickly to and from downtown Los Angeles. From downtown LA you can go to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and other cities for $25 to $50 using Megabus, Tufesa, Hoang Express or other new carriers. If you are flying, you can take the MTA 232 bus from LAX and be dropped off two blocks from the house at Madison and Pacific Coast Highway. Heading one mile to the east, at the corner of PCH and Crenshaw, is a wonderful shopping center that contains a Whole Foods market, Trader Joe and an AMC cinema. There are also numerous restaurants in the center. Directly across the road from the shopping center on Crenshaw are a Kohl's, Mimi's restaurant and a Bank of America, to name a few retail shops.
