The space The Guest House is a beautiful 400 square foot studio apartment with all the comforts of home. Here are a few of the things we think you'll love: - A queen bed and queen sleeper sofa allow the space to comfortably sleep up to 4 people. - The full kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. - The coffee bar is stocked with coffee and tea for a great start to your day. - The living area has a smart TV and DVD player for watching movies. - There is plenty of parking in the back as well as street parking along our wide street. Needing extra space? Check out our other listing "The Gathering House". It is adjacent to The Guest House and can be rented separately. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath house that sleeps up to 10. Guest access The Guest House sits just behind the main Gathering House which means you might have neighbors while you stay with us. Staying at The Guest House means you'll have use of the cozy patio just outside your front door and the shared parking area in the back. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out Times: An early check-in/late check-out can sometimes be arranged. There is a $40 fee per request. Just ask and we are happy accommodate if possible!
