It has a completely separate entrance, a kitchen/living area, bedroom, bathroom, and an entry hall with a couch and desk. It also features a private deck overlooking the natural beauty of the mountains. Please note: the apartment is a part a house but has a separate entrance and private deck. There is a commons area with a washer and dryer that is shared with other guests and/or tenants. The house itself is a unique passive solar house.
