This exquisite and very private Villa is situated on a luxury resort 30 minutes from Mauritius airport, where the luxury Four Seasons Hotel is also situated. Anahita is a very secure, high end ‘Country Club’ style resort with 2 magnificent golf courses, padel court, tennis courts, gym, water sports. There is a patisserie and fresh produce store, 4 amazing restaurants (excluding Four Seasons restaurants) including private island beach bars and restaurants and clubs for younger and older kids. The space The main house has four large en suite bedrooms and bathrooms with an extra two en suite interleading bedrooms in a separate building. There are 2 TV lounges and indoor and outdoor dining rooms. An outdoor bar/socialising area sits right by the pool and is a short dive in to cool off. This house and resort are simply amazing, relaxing and adventurous at the same time. Plenty to do for the whole family or simply relax around your own 20 metre private pool. Guest access Guests can use the whole property including two golf carts to get around this magnificent World Class resort. The lawn at the front of the house is perfect for games whilst the 22 m pool at the back is perfect for laps and privacy and to barbecue. Tanning directly by the pool is possible as Oasis Villa is the most private home on the resort. There’s even a private tanning deck on the first floor with ultimate privacy. Other things to note Some further info : Anahita was voted best golf real estate in the Indian Ocean. There are TWO different kids clubs in Anahita, the one is for children up to 8 years old and the other one is for children 8 years old through to teenagers. There is no charge for the children to attend but there will be charges for extra activities such as water sports and the like. Bicycles for all ages are available to rent. You do have access to the tennis courts, it just needs to be booked a day in advance and the bikes are available for hire at 200 Rupees per day. The new Padel court is bookable at the gym and is charged extra. As there are 2 golf carts at the property as mentioned, you would not need to have your own car, you may use those to get around the resort. The housekeepers husband who looks after the property also has a vehicle so trips using his vehicle can be arranged. A local supermarket is 15 minutes away by car or a huge Super U supermarket plus Wine Store etc is a short 25 minute drive. Fresh produce and baked goods are available on the resort, as is Room Service to the Villa. The restaurants are all inside the resorts at both Anahita (5 minutes away) and Four Seasons (10 minutes on golf cart). All reachable on our golf carts. There is also room service deliverable to the villa by Anahita.
