It is only 15 minutes walk from the famous Nai Harn beach. The space This beautiful 5+ bedroom villa with 4 bathrooms comfortably accommodates 14 people and includes a fulltime maid and airport transfers. The master bedroom 1 suite is located on the ground floor and has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the private swimming pool. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and sliding double doors opening onto the pool. Bedroom 3 is a stand alone pool house has a king sized with en-suite also opening onto the pool. There is a TV room downstairs with two more single beds and two roll-out beds which guests often put in bedrooms 4 and 5 upstairs. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, ideal for a family. One has a king-size bed (with optional extra single bed), and the other two single beds (also with optional extra single bed). These bedrooms share a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Both these bedrooms open onto a huge rooftop balcony, with an outdoor stairway allowing you direct access to the swimming pool. On the ground floor is a large living and dining room, with ample seating on a comfortable sofa and a 10-seater dining room table. This allows the opportunity to relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV, or to dine inside. This individually designed villa also benefits from an open-plan TV lounge. The fully fitted Western-style kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped to meet your every need. Outside, opposite to the pool house, there is a sala with ample seating and 8-seater table for alfresco dining. Furthermore, this villa offers plentiful sunbathing areas, with a feature sundeck suspended over the pool, and a purpose-built sala on the upper level. This well-designed villa is decorated in rich golds and yellows that reflect the bright sunshine that beams down. An eclectic mix of Thai furnishings and artwork means that everyone who stays here experiences a little corner of Thailand. This 5+-bedroom, two story villa makes excellent use of space, wrapping around a large sun terrace and swimming pool. The feature sun deck suspended on the edge of the swimming pool, as well as the sunbeds surrounding the pool, ensure there is plenty of space for everyone to soak up the sunshine. Finally, the villa boasts a fully fitted Western-style kitchen, with all appliances. This gives any residents the opportunity to prepare meals. Villa layout: •entrance level – 2 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a twin beds – all with ensuites – TV room with 2 single beds and 2 rollout beds for use elsewhere in the villa - main living area with 50 inch TV, kitchen, large outside balcony with sala and pool •upper level – 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shared bathroom, a huge top level balcony and sala and beautiful views across the valley Other things to note Airport transfers – these will be arranged at a discounted rate of just US$35 each way for a 14 seater van which takes 10 people plus luggage and the driver will stop at shops on the way to the villa if requested. If your booking is over US$2,000 1 free transfer each way will be provided. For bookings over US$3,000 2 free transfers each way will be provided. Van hire - a 12 seater van with driver is very popular with our guests and costs 3,000b (about US$85) per 14 hr day (including petrol). If you use the van for more than 14 hrs then an extra 100b ($3) is payable per hour. Ask you maid when you need a van. A trip to Patong for the evening will usually cost 1,600 ($45) per van. Scooters - these are also very popular and can be hired for about 200b ($6) per day. Ask your maid if you need scooters. Meals - your maid will cook breakfast at about 9am, and for an extra 1,000b will cook dinner. The cost of the food is extra and is paid for by the guests but the maid will generally buy the food. All meals are sorted out directly between yourself and your maid. If you need an early breakfast for some reason you need to pay your maid 400b to come in early. There is a menu in the villa. Extra maid - if you have a large group you may want to hire a second maid for 500b a day. Again you can arrange this directly with your maid and she will try and find someone to help, but this is not always possible. Beach – the Villa is one of the closest villas to Nai Harn beach and is a pleasant 1.2km walk - half of the walk is beside Nai Harn lake. Restaurants – There are Thai, French and Mexican restaurants within 600m. There are numerous restaurants at Nai Harn beach. 7Eleven – the nearest 7Eleven is 1.2km away.
