It is also 1 min from Penn State Harrisburg campus so there is a young vibe mixed with the feel of an older historic town. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The unit is located on the second floor of a single family home. The inside has new carpeting and hardwood flooring. It is an older home and the outside needs some TLC, but has all replacement windows. Budget friendly option for traveling professionls or other extended stay visits. Guest access This is a private apartment so the entire space is for your use. The parking lot has 3 car spaces. 1 space is for the apartment. If another space is required that can be negotiated. Other things to note The shower is a little different. There is no shower wall so there is a 360 degree shower curtain to keep the water in. Nothing wrong with it, just different.
