This is a two story condo with the living room, kitchen, dining area on the entry floor, with stairs down to the two bedrooms. Washer and Dryer in Unit. Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed (murphy). Condo comes with one dedicated parking space in the garage with plenty of street and daytime guest parking (north lot). There is an elevator or stairs to access the condo. The complex features an all year round heated swimming pool, two hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, HOA Clubhouse and direct beach access at the southwest edge of complex.  *Please note: There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.  *For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages. *Solana Beach & Tennis club is a large complex and does not have any luggage carts. This unit has elevator access from it's floor to the parking garage. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken. *This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around.
