Waterfront 5 bedroom modernized Maine farmhouse within walking distance of downtown Bath. Hot tub and dock access. Outdoor Shower, screened-in porch. Dock has full swimming area, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and life jackets. Complete chef's kitchen with Viking stove, double ovens, and everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. Large dining room table and fireplace. Screened in porch. The space Graywoods is wonderful, warm, and inviting 12 months a year.  Summer is glorious, with warm days and cool nights. Fall is spectacular with the leaves changing and the autumn evening sun hi-lighting the New England fall foliage across the bay.  Winter and the snow and the quiet times are spectacular in the cozy house. Spring happily arrives, the goldfinches return to the feeder, and the jonquils, lilacs, and tulips emerge.  Standing at the kitchen counter you can often spot the eagle hunting from the Osprey nest on the island in the middle of Pleasant Cove. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs: The "Lemonade Room" has tall twin beds, and three bedrooms on the water side all have their own unique views of the Water. The Brown Room has a queen bed and private bath. The Blue Room and Peach Room both have double beds. There is an en-suite bedroom on the first floor with twin beds. The house is limited to a MAXIMUM of EIGHT guests over age 3.  This is a non-smoking house. Guest access Full access to waterfront via dock. Wooded paths, fire pit, screened in porch, hot tub. There is an empty owner's suite not included in the rental. Downtown Bath, Maine is a 1 mile walk across the bridge. Other things to note Our house is a fabulous setting for a single couple, girl's weekend, family reunion/celebration, or a single person seeking respite.
