While there is lots of yard to play in, please beware that the property is on a bluff with a 40-foot drop to the beach and water. This house has a fun loft space that is accessible by ladder. The second upstairs bedroom upstairs opens up to the living room, please do not set anything on the railing as it may fall on someone standing/sitting below in the living room. This property is equipped with a hot tub that is professionally serviced once a week to help maintain its cleanliness and to keep it in good working order.
