Each floor has 3 bedrooms. So we have 6 bedrooms available for guests . One bedroom on ground floor . 4 bedrooms in second floor . And 1 double bedroom on 4th floor. Family will stay 3rd floor and one room on 4th floor. The elevator is available in the villa. So the privacy between guests and family are separate. Other things to note I would like to note that our condo has totally 6 bedrooms for our guests and rooms for family and staffs living here as well. We have elevator in my villa. So it's separate between space for guests and family
