This Cabin sits on a 1 acre, 150' lake front property located on Black Lake, NY ~20min from Canada and the 1,000 islands/St. Lawrence Seaway. Window fans throughout for comfort, but summers are still warm. Baseboard heat but this is limited in its abilities. Boat lift depending on conditions. You may bring your own linens, if you wish. Linens provided, but we do ask that you wash after your stay, laundry on site. The space Cabin includes washer/dryer, dock, grill, boat lift, full kitchen.
