The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, sink, electric griddle, & coffee maker stocked with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The entire house is yours. The space The Carriage House is nearly 1000 square feet of pristine living space situated on over 3 acres of riverfront property. The huge deck and generous windows offer views of the wooded acreage, horses, river and the natural beauty surrounding the home. It is open and airy. Remodeled in 2020, the entire space is gorgeous. The second bedroom can double as an office with built in desk, drawers and router with excellent high speed internet/WiFi. Smart TV’s in family and bedrooms. Guests are free to walk beside the horse pasture down to the river. Along the river bank is a picnic table with beautiful views of the river. Fishing is welcome with a NC Wildlife license. Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. Laundry can be done at local laundromat or there are services that offer pick up / delivery.
