On one side it leads to an elegant dining room that seats 8-10 people and a nicely furnished balcony where you can enjoy the street views while sipping a cool drink. It is also the only place in the house where you can smoke! As smoking is not allowed inside the house. The living room also leads to a lovely solarium that is ideal as a work or play area or just as the place to relax with a good book and a cup of tea. The kitchen which is newly renovated, features granite counters, and an eating area with adjustable bar stools. It is equipped with a full size fridge, gas stove and oven, toaster, microwave, electric water kettle and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with all kinds of pots and pans, Dinner ware, glasses and cutlery as well an assortment of spices and cooking utensils .
