Rental is, in high season, per week, saturday to Saturday. Spacious and cozy holiday home at the edge of the village of Saint-Jean-de-Serres, central to the Gard. Ideal base from which to explore the region. Anduze, the Pont du Gard, Uzés, Nîmes, Avignon, Arles are easy to visit. You can drive towards the Cévennes to Circque Navacelles, Mont Aigoual or the Mediterranean Sea and the Camargue. By the pool you can enjoy views of the vineyards and the Cévennes. The space Rental is, in high season per week, from saturday to saturday. Maison d'Ella was recently renovated. The house sleeps and all the comforts for groups of 2 to 10 people. The central point of the house is a completely renovated kitchen. In each room, air conditioning is provided that can also work as heating. Outside there was a garden pavilion with outdoor shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen including an American fridge with ice maker and a gas stove with 3 ovens. A living room with a wood stove (for the fresher winter months). There are also 2 more bedrooms (2 people and 3 people), bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom (2 people) with access to a roof terrace. A 2nd bedroom with two beds (1.2m wide), bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is not available. Swimming pool pools: The garden is fully enclosed with a 10x5m pool. Around the pool there are sun loungers with comfortable pillows and a sun canopy is provided. The kitchen and the living room are covered the terrace. In the garden there is a petanque court. In the front garden there is plenty of parking space for several cars and can be closed. Guest access Guests can use the whole house. Other things to note Rental is, in high season, per week, saturday to Saturday. Final cleaning must be paid separately. Bed linen and kitchen towels are included. For the first 4 people this comes to 80€. Per additional person it is 10€ extra.
