It evolves around a central private swimming pool of 4 x 14m made of green Javanese. The living area (lounge, dining area, kitchen, TV space) spreads over the open space of a traditional Javanese Joglo overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There are 5 independent bedrooms with AC and en suite bathrooms: 2 of them in the main building (Joglo) and 3 others located in independent buildings around the pool, including a traditional Javanese Gladak (small house) in carved teak wood. Bedroom 1 (in the main building/Joglo) is the Family room with a 160x200cm bed and 2 single beds (90x200cm). It also comprises a TV/video games room. Bedroom 2 (in the main building/Joglo) is the Master bedroom with a 180x200cm bed + walk-in dressing quarter. Bedroom 3 is lodged in a bungalow with thatched roof: 3 single beds, of which 2 can be assembled to make a 180x200cm bed, depending on your sleeping arrangement. Bedroom 4 is at the ground floor of an independent 1 floor unit with one 160x200cm bed. Bedroom 5 is at the 1st floor of the independent unit. It is nested in a Gladak, traditional Javanese wooden house. It offers 3 or 4 single beds (90x200cm), depending on your bedding arrangement requirement. Single beds can be gathered to make a 180cm x 200cm bed. 2 Extra floor Mattresses available ( 90 x 200cm /36 x 79" ). Should your bedding configuration require extra mattresses and should you be a group of 15 persons or less, each extra mattress will be charged 20usd/night. For groups of 16 guests, 1 extra mattress is already included in your bill. If you wish an other one, it is possible at 20usd/night. For groups of 17 guests, the 2nd extra mattress will come with the payment of the stay for the 17th guest (20usd/night). BBQ on site Ideally located in the exclusive Oberoi district, Seminyak. Off the main road, at the end of a small street, in a lush and quiet environment. A 5mn drive/10mn walk walk from Eat street and its landmark restaurants (Batik, Junction, Ultimo, Grocer & Grind, Mr Spoon, Sisterfields, Bali Cafe ...) A 4mn drive/7mn walk from Ku De Ta beach or, 5mn drive from Double Six Beach. Staff will come daily to clean the villa. Guest access We can arrange your airport transfer with our driver, should you be interested, at a reasonable cost. Afterwards, everything is just walking distance :) Guests have full private access to the property. No sharing! Our villa manager will greet you upon your arrival if you arrive during day time. If you arrive in the evening or at night, our patrolling security guard will open the villa for you and our villa manager will greet you the next morning. Other things to note A few recommendations that we encourage you to observe during your stay to make it as comfortable as possible: * Close your doors and windows at all times to avoid mosquitoes from getting inside your bedroom or bathroom. Although fogging treatment is taking place regularly, it is less effective during rainy season. * Close your doors and windows at all times to keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature, should you be using the AC. Our Acs are cleaned regularly. However, letting warm air getting inside your bedroom makes their functioning less effective. We also suggest not to use your shoes or flip flops inside the living areas and in your bedrooms as it might get dirty and uncomfortable if the floor is wet (swimming pool, rain ...), unless it feels safer to you, of course. In that case, we recommend you to use shoes/flip flops with clean soles, for your comfort. Be reminded that some of the bedrooms are made of natural material (alang alang in the bungalow and woven palm leaves in the gladack). Hence it is normal to find dust of this material on your bed from times to times. Below are the terms: Dear guest, As hosts, we are making every effort to ensure that you will spend a memorable holiday in a safe environment while respecting our property, our staff and the neighborhood. Upon check in, you will be asked to sign our House Rules, These House Rules are available in the AirBnB villa profile and will be sent to you by AirBnB upon Booking. We remind you that, according to AirBnB Community Standards, guests should respect others’ property, information, and personal belongings. * The maximum capacity of this villa is 17 people * Any extra guest beyond the 10th is charged 20usd/day. * pets are not allowed * No smoking in the bedrooms and bathrooms *As we respect our environment with Bali's fresh water supply reaching very low level especially during the dry season linens and towels will be changed every 3 days, unless asked otherwise, Charges apply. Txs for your cooperation. * Treat our villa as if it was your home. Please keep our villa clean and safe. Don't let stale food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and insects and it stains the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff cleans the villa every day (except Sunday) but this should not be an invitation to leave the space untidy. * Break it/Pay it policy * High chair, baby cot & Extra floor mattress available at extra charge (contact us for details) * We have a total of 2 extra mattresses available, should you need any. For groups of 15 guests or below, each extra mattress is charged 20usd/night. For groups of 16 guests, 1 extra mattress is already included in your bill. If you wish an other one, it is possible at 20usd/night (we will have to adjust your current bill) . For groups of 17guests, you will need the 2 extra mattresses. Since Airbnb system does not allow us to charge more than for 16 guests, we will adjust your bill by adding 20usd/night to your current bill. Very important reminder: According to AirBnB Community Standards, guests should not disturb common spaces, treat neighbors as “front desk staff,” create a pervasive nuisance for those around them, or persistently fail to respond to neighbor or community concerns. As hosts and members of our local community, we are responsible for our guests’ behaviour towards our neighbourhood. * No party/loud noise or music is allowed days & nights * fireworks are strictly forbidden * Never jump in the pool from the first floor/balcony * Do not climb the entrance door . If you forget your keys, please use the backup key in the black box with a code located left of the entrance door. In case of violation of these House Rules, our manager or the security night guard will hand you a written warning notice.
