You can expect a clean room that includes all the things you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The professionally managed resort has a mandatory $28 daily resort fee per 4BR unit payable upon check-in. The space As an owner, I can access spacious units. Check-in can generally be on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and are mostly for the entire week. Note that the price is nearly the same whether you stay 3 days or the entire week. High demand weeks (summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) are harder to get. Please ask about prices and availability as early as possible. Unit Description: 2 bedrooms have 2 king beds, and the other 2 bedrooms have 4 single beds. The 2 living rooms have 2 sleeper sofas. Units have a full sized refrigerator, microwave, etc. so they are designed for eating in, if desired. The exact unit is assigned upon checkin but the pictures show what you can expect. Call the resort or see the massresort website to obtain more information. Guest access The mandatory resort fee gives guests access to the indoor gym and swimming pools. There is a steam room and sauna too. Other services include tennis, racquetball, and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, basketball, fitness trail, water aerobics, free wifi, copying, and washer/dryer usage.
