This newly freshened, mid-century home is located in the city limits of Manchester, KY, a Trail Town. It sits just a few hundred feet from the Salt Works Village and boat ramp to Goose Creek. It is a short walk or drive to one of our many swinging bridges, the Clay County Historical Society, and a number of restaurants, stores, and churches. A five minute drive can have you to the Federal Correctional Institute, AdventHealth Manchester Hospital, or Beech Creek Campground and Lake. The space Can comfortably park 3 vehicles. Additional space for ATVs, small boats/canoes, etc. No pets, please. Guest access Guests will be able to access all of the property which is about 1/3 acre. There are neighbors on all sides. The laundry room and breaker box are in the basement if needed. Everything else is on the main floor. Other things to note The washer and dryer are in the basement, if needed. It has a second bathroom in the basement as well but we didn't list it as part of the stay since it is not a very "finished" area.
