This is a separate basement unit of a townhouse in a very nice neighborhood with private interns. There is a kitchen and bathroom in the basement. The washer-dryer is shared with upper-level guests. *This unit is $40 per person a night. Maximum of 3 people, $5 more for each extra guest. Other things to note * The AC and heating system thermostat is controlled from upstairs and set on normal temperatures for the season. Please let us know if you have a specific need and we will make sure it is taken care of. A portable space heater can be provided if needed.
