Other things to note LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS Reservations of 15 nights or more are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules: -> The energy and water bills must be paid separately. (We calculate and charge guests the monthly energy and water spent). -> We might request a safety deposit at check-in. It will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill. -> Both the safety deposit and the variable utility fees can be avoided if you agree to pay an additional fixed fee of 3.5€ a night for the duration of your stay. -> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, to assess the maintenance state. CHECK-IN Check-in is free with the self-check-in system in place. If you prefer an in-person check-in you must let us know in advance and we may charge an after-hours fee as per the following rates: After 8 pm: 15€ After 10 pm: 25€ After 1 am: 50€ Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment.
