The landlords live above the property so are available for queries as required but will respect your privacy. A kayak and two bikes are available for guest use. There is carparking on site. It is walking distance to the beach and town. Fishing gear can be provided with a small deposit. The apartment has one large bedroom with a queen bed. Linen is provided for you. There is a self contained kitchen available for use. The bathroom has a walk in shower. The property is yet to be soundproofed so there is some noise from upstairs and the road. At least 24 hours notice is needed for bookings and only stays of two nights or more are accepted. Please check out by 11am. Other things to note We live above the accommodation, which is within our home. You will hear us moving around. we also have a small but very cute dog.
