Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. In a calm neighborly part of town it is a block away from a beautiful park and within 5 minutes from the hospital, downtown, and Scotts Bluff Monument. The house is the left (east) side of the duplex. it has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. along with a very comfy futon in the living room that can folded out into a bed thats a full sized bed. 1 spot in the carport and BBQ grill is also provided! The space located 1 block east of Northwood Park (highly recommended to take your family or dogs for a walk) and 4 blocks East of the wall mart and Home depot. the house is the perfect size for a medium size family with 2 separate bedrooms queens in each one and a comy futon that can be made into a bed in the living room. it comes with a full kitchen (condiments andcommon spices included) and a BBQ GrillI! I recently updated the duplex and have it professionally cleaned after each stay! Guest access There is 1 spot in the carport, BBQ Grill by the back door, and patio furniture in the front that is provided with your stay. it does have a shared back/front yard and wall with the other side of the duplex so please be respectful when it comes to sound and anything your dogs might leave behind! there is keypad on the front door for the access to the house.
