This beautiful post and beam home is located on an acre of land which at one time was a small farm. The house is secluded in the back of the property behind a quaint apple orchard and has a large yard. The home is rustic by design with a modern flair and provides space for both relaxing and recreating with its reading nooks and proximity to on island attractions and off island adventures. The home is approximately an hour and 15 minute drive to Acadia National Park. The space The house has a kitchen, living room, and dining area. There is one bedroom with a full-sized bed off the main living area on the first floor with the bathroom attached. Please note: guests can only access the bathroom through the first floor bedroom. The second bedroom with queen-sized bed is on the third floor loft with a view of the orchard. Due to the lofted spaces the house is not recommended for toddlers/young children or guests with mobility concerns. The home design is open concept and best suited close friends/family. There is AC/heat but no television or microwave :). Reach Beach is a 7 minute walk down the road. Please let me know if I can answer any specific questions!
