The space We rent not very big, but just right size (85sqm) house with 200sqm green yard in Village Caprovani, Guria, about 50M to sandy beach. If you're looking for the place to enjoy sun, sand, sea breeze and to listen to the singing birds along with suiting sounds of sea waves, this is the place for you! House offers open plan kitchen and living area that naturally flow to a large terrace, where guest can enjoy morning coffee or gather around the table for diner after a tiring day of suntanning. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large electric stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, electric cattle; Plus plenty of dishware and utensils completed with highest quality nonstick pots and pans of different sizes. Everything for comfortable cooking. Bedroom offers ensuite bathroom and laundry room. Guest access We will provide you with all that is necessary for comfortable stay, starting with fresh snow white towels, highest quality bed linens, (beach towels for extra charge) finished with shezlongs and umbrellas for the beach. Other things to note Black magnetic sand is really hard to get rid of, therefore we have little shower hose installed at the entrance door of the yard to wash your sandy feet and even more we have full outdoor shower behind the house. Please use them to maintain house sand free, clean and tidy. Beach towels can be provided for extra charge. 10gel per towel per stay. Do not take white towels to the beach. If damaged you will be asked to reimburse 30gel per each piece. Please use dryer to dry only freshly washed clothes. Do not use dryer for damp garments brought from the beach. Please Do Not use Sofa in the leaving room for sleeping. Once a day, early morning gardener will come to water the grass.
