This room has a private entrance and only shares a hallway and bathroom with one other guest room. All doors have privacy features. Your level of interaction is up to you. The front door has a keypad so you can come and go as you please. The backyard and hot tub are shared spaces. IF YOU NEED OUR SECOND ROOM AND ITS AVAILABLE, CONTACT ME FOR A DISCOUNT. We no longer serve breakfast. There is a Keurig and some snacks in the room (see pictures). The space We have two private rooms (each listed separately on Airbnb) with a shower bathroom just a few feet away from both. Beds are full size with desk space. Both rooms have a TV with a Firestick. This room has a Full Size bed with memory foam mattress top and 600 thread-count sheets. Desk area and sitting area. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. It has some toiletries and a hairdryer. Plenty of towels and hot water! We have a beer fridge on the carport if it is needed. We have a Keurig single in the room (see pictures) or bring your own K-cups if you would like. We are kid friendly and we have pretty decent wi-fi for a rural area. We have a hot tub that stays clean and hot all the time in case you are a star watching or sun rising dipper! There is no smoking in the house but we have a nice outdoor area to sit. Guest access Park near the carport or in the circle drive just don’t block us in please. Your door is marked in the carport. There is a keypad entrance. During your stay We love to interact with our guests but if you need space, we will accomodate that, too! Other things to note We are a certified Texas Friendly location!
