The space Guests will enjoy a tranquil one room hotel like suite. The Guest House is steps away from the main house and steps away from Intermediate River. Open your window and you’ll hear babbling water and birdsong. The bathroom is small but well appointed with multiple pressure shower head. WiFi and both local and cable TV includes Netflix. The queen bed is extremely comfortable and has a variety of pillow options. The space is both smoke and pet free. There are no cooking facilities in the cottage other than a microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker. There is a large fire pit which can be used for cooking. A small grill, fire starter, matches and firewood are provided The room has both a fan and an air conditioner. Bellaire is home to many great restaurants in all price ranges. Sample menus are available in your room. Guest access Besides your guest suite you will enjoy the deck/dock with seating areas, a large fire pit, chiminea and a horseshoe pit. Kayaks are available for your use. There is dock space for your boat or jet ski. There is no kitchen or laundry on site, but there is a refrigerator to keep drinks and leftovers cold, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and a nice selection of coffees, hot chocolate, and teas. There is a grill setup in the large fire pit that makes outdoor bbq-ing easy and fun. Firewood, utensils and fire starter are provided. Easy swimming from the dock! Just use the ladder for easy in and out river swimming so be sure to bring your swimsuit!
