The guests need to complete an induction before they can access the building amenities. Induction is at 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am on Saturday. Please note there will be no induction session on Sunday. - Do you provide parking? Yes, we do provide one on-site parking space. There's no extra cost. All is included in the room rate. -How big is the apartment? 70 square meters. -Is there a balcony? Yes, the apartment comes with an amazing heightend balcony. -What's the sleeping arrangement? Queen bed in both room. - What's the address of the apartment? Melbourne Square, 18 Hoff Boulevard, Southbank. Level 16. - Is the room shared? No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. - What is the check-in and check-out time? Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.
