Hobbit House
I apologize, but I am only comfortable with female guests, since we share living space. If you have a child, I can accomodate them, there is an extra matress we can put on the floor. Friend/family member for a night or 2. A small spiral staircase leads up to a quaint bedroom with a desk, plenty of closet space and a comfortable twin size bed. It is an older house (1931) with lots of character. I have 2 calm, fluffy. cute Shelties who will more than likely be sleeping most of the time. The space Up a spiral staircase is an open room and along side that is a small air conditioned cozy room with a single bed, dresser, night stand, 2 lamps and a small closet. The spiral staircase is tight so if you need help, I will be more than happy to help you with it. The bathroom and kitchen are shared downstairs. I do allow cats or dogs, but do charge a pet fee of $25, would ask for more if the pet damages anything. ($150 refundable pet deposit) They would need to get along with my dogs, who are very calm and get along great with other dogs. This space is made for one person, but I can make an exception for 2 females if needed, just ask before booking. ($20 per night for the extra person) I provide a mattress, a towel, washcloth for them as well. The front door has a code I will give you before you arrive. Guest access You will have access to the basement which includes the laundry room, the main floor has a full bath, kitchen, living room and TV. During your stay I should be able to help you with anything you need, I may be in and out with work and errands. Other things to note I am so sorry but I am only comfortable with females. Please do not park on the street or you may be ticketed. We may have to swap our cars depending on our schedules, but you can usually park on the concrete on the side of the driveway.
