The space This immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with basement and sleeping loft is nestled in the beautiful wooded area of Bryce Resort in Basye, VA. (See Resort website for information about golf, ski, mountain biking, lake access, zip lining, etc) Built in 2007, the modern home has wood and tile flooring throughout with very comfortable furnishings and decor. This home has something for everyone. You can enjoy a cool mountain evening with a book in front of the fireplace in the main living room with vaulted ceiling and open loft, embrace your inner child and enjoy the pool table and foosball table in the well equipped game/entertainment room in the basement, or simply relax and take in the woodland views from one of the 3 porches (one of which is fully screened). The open floor plan allows guests to interact with each other while preparing meals and relaxing in the living room. The modern, clean kitchen is fully equipped for meals in (plates, cups, pots, pans, utensils, etc). The kitchen table can easily accommodate up to 10 people when fully extended and there is an extra folding table and chairs if needed as well as a table on the screened porch. Moose Mountain Maison's loft creates an additional sleeping space by utilizing curtains that can be pulled closed for a bit more privacy. The loft can easily sleep 4 people with a set of bunkbeds, and a daybed with trundle. A great space! Wifi is available in the home. Multiple DVDs are available in the home for the renter to use, as well as board games. There are 2 TVs provided. Guests will have access to streaming via SmartTV in the basement (guest may log in with their own accounts) and DVD players with lots of DVDs. The master bedroom has access to DVDs and you may bring your own device or laptop to plug in via HDMI for streaming as well. There is no cable access. There is a gas grill available just outside of the screened porch for guests to utilize. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, except for the locked owner's closets. There will be some wood provided for the fireplace during peak winter season, and more may be purchased as needed from the local Community Store down the road. Other things to note Bed linens (fresh linens will be folded on the corner of each bed) and towels are provided. A starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are provided as well. There is an additional guest charge of $10/night for each guest over 9 guests.
