This home sleeps 8 comfortably, making it the perfect getaway for family, friends, work retreats, or wedding parties to stay. Additional guests and events require additional fees. Please do not move furniture around on the hardwood floors. This is a remote country setting. In the event of rain/snow/wind storms, etc., we DO NOT REFUND for any weather related issues beyond our control, for any utility /TV/wifi outages or cell signal issues, or if you decide not to stay for the booked amount of nights. The farm is great for walking the property, relaxing on the porches or under the oak tree, and bird watching with over 37 different species.
