Welcome to "The Loft". The loft is a newly built apartment on the top floor of a timber framed barn. The owners are designer/builders who have combined the elements of old world craftsmanship with high tech efficiency to create a Cathedraled living space that is bright, airy and yet cozy. Powered by solar, this attached carriage barn is located on a quiet back road 3.5 miles from Woodstock Village and 3 miles from GMHA. The Loft has its own private entrance, parking and a sunset balcony. The space With approximately twelve hundred Sq. Ft., "The Loft" can be enjoyed for a weekend stay or longer. The Loft's great room has a cathedraled ceiling with a fireplace, dining alcove, work/charging station and a library ladder that provides access to a reading loft. The kitchen is part of the open Great Room so entertaining is inclusive and easy. Designed for someone who likes to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped and outfitted with service for 6. A smart TV as well as high speed WIFI are provided. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a double make It comfortable to sleep 4 (with a spare on the couch). The beds have firm mattresses with pillow toppers, all linens and towels are 100% cotton. A European split bathroom makes it easy to" share". One room has a large shower and a vanity, the other has a toilet, bidet and vanity. The Loft has its own laundry with washer and dryer, steamer, iron and ironing board.
