Your bedroom has a private bath and privacy in a 4BR/3BA home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. San Ramon has been voted one of the safest large cities in CA. You will rest comfortably on a queen organic cotton Saatva mattress, heated cotton mattress pad & new bedding. You are welcome to use the Living Room to watch TV and cook in the Kitchen. There is a laundry/supplies area upstairs. Sitting/dining area also on back deck. The space The bedroom and bath are on a separate floor providing privacy. Guest access Access to the home is through the front door. There will be a lockbox at the top of the stairs attached to the railing. A combination will be provided closer to your arrival if I am not going to be home. During your stay Your room is on the lower level providing quiet and privacy but you are always welcome to join me in the kitchen or watch TV (Netflix, Prime & Roku) in the living room. Please ask if there is anything I can provide for your stay. Other things to note We live is a safe and friendly neighborhood. That being said, you will want to take any valuables out of your car and be sure to lock the doors. Parking is on the left side of the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
