"This is the perfect place for visiting scholars or grad/PhD Students at UNC who have some budget and are looking for a short-term to medium-term comfortable accommodation. I stayed here for three months and was really really sad to leave. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a nice small bathroom; and thanks to the house rules, privacy and calm working is guaranteed as well as movie nights or dinners with the roommates. The kitchen has all the basic equipment you need, and in addition to the big fridge every room has a small private fridge, that's more than enough space. I had three wonderful roommates whom I miss now. The apartment is on the third floor - no one above - and has a balcony that faces west and is wonderfully sunny in the afternoon and evening.
