Recently remodeled 1929 craftsman house in one of the nicest North End Tacoma neighborhoods . Top quality kitchen appliances (gas stove, Vitamix), charming backyard with a large soft tub and a natural gaz barbecue, a cozy living room with a nice fire place insert, a bright bathroom with a spacious tub and a partial view to the sound from the bedroom. Extremely quiet and friendly street. I am an artist and people love the feel of my home. I hope you will appreciate the same. The space This is my primary residence. I make it available on Airbnb when I am out of town. So it is important to understand that the space feels like a "home" and not a "hotel room" or a permanent furnished rental like most Airbnb spaces. For instance, I do not completely empty my refrigerator; there are family photos and the usual assortment of things in drawers. Finally, understand that I do also operate a full time separate Airbnb space out of the street level studio below the house. That space is primarily below the upper deck in what was a garage, but that studio space does extend under the main house. There is excellent sound separation between the studio and the main house. Guest access Parking is very easy just in front of the house or across the street. Other things to note No parties are allowed in this house. We ask that you respect the neighborhood feel and keep your voice down if on the deck after 10 pm. Thank you!
