Our 3-bedroom apartment is located on a hill overlooking the South China Sea. Our apartment is on the lower ground with a view of trees and has easy access to an exclusive beach just 100 meters away. There is air-conditioning in all the 3 bedrooms and living room. Guests can use all the amenities in the resort but these facilities are subject to availability due to occasional maintenance or repair works. There is ample parking and it's free. The space Our apartment is just 200 meters from an exclusive stretch of beach. It has all the basic amenities of a home for a comfortable stay. The space area is about 1,300 sq ft. Guest access You can use all the facilities at the Resort such as the swimming pool, gym, snooker room, squash courts, ping pong table, children's playground and tennis courts but they are subject to availability due to occasional maintenance and repair works. Please adhere to all the rules pertaining to the usage of these facilities. Other things to note Our apartment is ideal for those who wish to have a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is advisable that you have your own transport if you wish to do some sight-seeing out of Kuantan town. The apartment can accommodate maximum of 4 people.
