Available: May - November 2024 I now have a new private Salt Water Pool and shower with huge additional patio available at certain times of the year when a guest at Casa Lugar Feliz. My new home "Casa del Sol" next door is also available for a larger group combined together with Casa Lugar Feliz, sleeping up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, Pool and more. Casa Lugar Feliz is an independent, one level with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, carport & lovely patio in a very friendly complex of great neighbors from around the world. The complex is very safe with 24 hour gated security and also large community pool. My home is great for guests or (Snowbirds) that want an extended stay in Costa Rica from 1 to 6 months, excellent for escaping the cold winters back in the States or Canada. Our Esterillos Oeste Neighborhood Yes we have Sloths here, Toucans, Macaws and many other animals. Always carry a camera you never know what you will see here. Next to our complex is a little church and large soccer field. Down a little further, only 3 walking minutes is the gorgeous beach lined with palm trees, that stretches the coast for miles, great for early morning beach combing and sunrise walks. At the end of the day stop to enjoy the beautiful sunsets before heading home for the evening. The village of ESTERILLOS OESTE is a very friendly, casual, authentic fishing village. In the mornings you can buy freshly caught fish from the local fishermen. The village is home to many wonderful Costa Rican families, Americans, Canadians and European expats. Also to La Sirena our famous mermaid in the ocean. There are great local Restaurants/bars and live entertainment weekly. We have our own grocery store that carries everything within walking distance of the house. There are also many other new great restaurants with live entertainment, bakeries and grocery stores a 5 minute drive away. Bus service is also very inexpensive and good if you don't have a car. If surfing is your passion, we have the best beach for this, if you want to learn to surf, there are two surf board shops with instructors ready to teach you or rent you a board. Horse back riding is also very close by. Enjoy a ride on the beach. There is lots to see and do in Costa Rica.
