Sweet Dave was established in 2017 and organized a homestay in early 2018. It was designed by the owner Dave. The appearance of the interior decoration items is new. Located in the southwestern of Saipan, it is adjacent to the landmark Mount Carmel Cathedral on the island and covers an area of 214 square meters and a living room area of 98 square meters. The overall decoration style is simple with American furniture, creating a warm atmosphere that combines ancient style and modern INS style. The space Sweet Dave's name pays tribute to Sweet Dave, one of the male protagonists in Quentin's movie "The Hatful Eight." Landlord Ann is a Super movie fan and music fan. My hobby runs through every corner of the room, so the room is divided into four theme rooms. Room NO. 1 Love In Music selected the favorite The Beatles classic poster as the background wall. The record and Love elements run through the entire room. The wall is decorated with the owner's favorite singer and band, the blue color with classic khaki color as the main color, and the room is equipped with a separate toilet, which is the first choice for friends who love music. Other things to note Sweet Dave Housing Code  Pay attention to sanitation, water and electricity savings, no noise, friendly, civilized accommodation.  Breakfast hours 8:30 am.-10:30 am. only.  Check in after 14:00, check out before 12:00, add extra room charge.  The room limit for 2 persons.For 3rd guest will be charge.Prepared extra bed,cannot cancel , do not bring outside staff.  In order to avoid affecting the normal rest of you and other tourists, please go out at night before 12:00pm, if there are special circumstances please explain in advance.  Pets are not allowed in.  No party or gathering is allowed.  All set up items is for decorations only,do not move.Move things around or break items will be charge.  Gambling,drug,smoking, drinking, cooking, making Chinese medicine, carrying irritant smell food, etc. are forbidden in the room.  Prohibit any Commercial/Pre-wedding/Nudity or any Professional shooting /filming,Unless authorized by the owner only.
