Cabin 4 is one of 8 cabins associated w/ SUNSET ON THE SHOALS lakefront resort. This cabin has porcelain tile with a wood look for a cabin feel. One BR, 1 BA, SLEEPS 2 COMFORTABLY AND 3/4 WITH Sleeper SOFA. Living space, Fully equipped kitchenette w/ basic cooking utensils, lake access and w/ a private dock - to swim and moor your boat on Bull Shoals Lake in Diamond City, AR. Enjoy the view as it is one of the best in the area! The space A part of a small lake resort - Sunset on the Shoals -  with a total of 8 cabins/units. Cabin 4 is set up in a building/complex with rooms 3, 5, and 6 that each have their own entrance and patio. Sunset on the Shoals Cabin 4 - All 8 cabins are in a horseshoe shaped arrangement overlooking the lake. Cabin 4 has its own separate parking spot and separate entrance with lake access via an approximately 75 yd walk to private dock, please note the hill is steep and lace up shoes are recommended, an 80 ft private wood deck overlooking an amazing lake view, fire pit, game room, BBQ grills, additional parking available within 50 yards for boats/trailers or oversized trucks, keyless entry, TV and free Wi-Fi also available, guest laundry on premise Guest access Sunset on the Shoals Cabin 4 is a small cabin in a friendly setting, where you will have access to all amenities noted above on a first come first serve basis but there is room for everyone. As noted above, the terrain to the dock is Corps of Engineer ground, which we cannot manage, by their rules, therefore there are not steps or sidewalks. We do have meandering paths which can be steep in places. We have a grab rail that was grandfathered into our place that is available and can be handy for much of the distance, however it is definitely uneven terrain in which we would recommend someone in relatively good health and be fairly agile and always wearing laced shoes rather than flip flops. We also ask that you be respectful of other guests regarding noise, music and language Other things to note Sunset on the Shoals is an older resort that we have renovated and although it is not a fancy place, our guests give us great feedback on our cleanliness, friendliness and one we cannot take credit for but our amazing lake view with occasional wildlife sightings to add to the peacefulness here. It is a great place to go for a quiet get away or if you have a large crowd like a reunion, family gathering or large group of friends, you can book several rooms or all the rooms and gather on the deck, the game room, cook on the grills and yet have your space to get away for the night. Nearby restaurants include: Bunker Bar and Grill at the Diamond Hills golf course and in nearby Lead Hill AR you can grab a good breakfast/brunch at Two Friends or a lunch at The Well featuring great pizza and sub sandwiches. There is an 18 Hole Golf Course at Diamond Hill Country Club - 2 miles south of us We are a small resort but NOT a hotel, we do NOT do maid service on a daily basis, we clean between stays. Basic linen and toiletries are provided but guest laundry is available by donation only for expenses for additional towels and the local Shell station and Dollar General have basic supplies you might need just up the road in Lead Hill AR.
