Artist studio freshly remodeled into a luxurious bungalow. Located in the heart of Old Hailey, you'll be two blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, and the market, but far enough away to enjoy the peace, quiet and charm of the tree-lined avenues of Old Hailey. Just enough bustle to send you off to the mountains, streams, and trails of Sun Valley! The space The downstairs area includes a kitchen with brand new full-size stove and fridge, quartz counter tops, as well as a living space with a 43-inch television and full bathroom. Up the staircase is a cozy sleeping loft with a king bed. Other things to note The Bungalow shares an interior wall with my husband's office (like a duplex). We put significant effort into soundproofing between the two spaces, but you may be able to hear muffled voices, movement, etc. He uses the space primarily Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, works alone, rarely is on the phone and is very conscientious about maintaining quiet. This has not been an issue with our guests, but something to be aware of nonetheless. OUR "NO PETS POLICY" IS STRICT! Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate any animals, including Assistance Animals. If you will be travelling with an animal, please seek other lodging.
