Other things to note Home is on well/septic- in rural area. Home has sufficient hot/cold water. Smoking is prohibited inside/outside of home. Failure to abide will result in 300.00 fine. Any cigarette butts, ashes, smoke or burn holes found will result in 500.00 fee. Deer and other wildlife might be present during your stay due to location of home. Don’t open windows they are older and sealed. Failure to abide will result in 250.00 fee. Windows in sunroom may be opened if you choose. Please make sure you close them back and secure. Home is equipped with electric stairlift for those individuals who may need assistance getting into the property and going up/down stairs. If you need to use please contact me first. DO NOT TAMPER WITH SECURITY CAMERAS. IF DOORBELL/CAMERAS ARE COVERED DURING STAY YOU WILL BE FINED 150.00. TIME STAMP VERIFICATION OF TAMPERING WILL BE DOCUMENTED.
