The space The main level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and another with a full-size bed which is right across the hall. The full bathroom on the main level offers a shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed, a crib suitable for infants and toddlers, a full bathroom with a deep claw and ball tub. Perfect for bathing little ones or relaxing in a hot bath. There is also a shower. Partially finished basement has an extra television and couches and lots of books to read. The washer and dryer are also in the basement. Guest access All areas of the house are available to guests. Other things to note We are pet friendly! There is a $100 pet fee, which is nonrefundable. There is a two pet maximum. Pers should be 50 pounds or less. Pets should be current on their vaccinations. The yard is not fenced and the city of Burnsville does have a leash law. The home does not offer central cooling. There is a window A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom and in one of the downstairs bedrooms. There is also a portable unit stored in the downstairs bedroom closet which can be set up where needed. There are window fans/ ceiling fans throughout the home. There will be a mandatory complimentary cleaning every two weeks for guests staying monthly.
