Come UNWIND in our charming 130 year old house! We are far away enough from the hustle of the city, but close enough to visit nearby small towns (approx. 10 minutes to the local dock to launch your own kayaks into the tidal river, book an excursion on a local lobster boat, 15-20 minutes to the coastal town of Jonesport to purchase fresh lobster from local fishermen, an hour to the famous Bar Harbor & Acadia National Park, and an hour and a half to the Canadian border. The space If you choose to stay in and relax, we offer some board games & movies, a couple out door chairs, a picnic table and bbq, along with hiking ( at your own risk) on our 10 acre property. We hope you will consider our little home away from home, and enjoy a bit of tranquil Maine.
