We're thrilled to have you at our charming lake house, where relaxation and adventure await! Our home features a cozy wood-burning stove, a fire pit, a spacious rear deck and a fenced in backyard. Feel free to bring along your bikes, kayaks, golf clubs, and tubes—we have plenty of room for storage in the basement, with direct access to outside. Whether you're looking to explore the great outdoors or simply unwind, our lake house is ready to accommodate all your adventure needs. Enjoy your stay! The space You have access to the entire main floor and open areas of the basement. Please avoid the locked room in the basement, as it contains household items. Also, limit foot traffic to the back of the basement, as it is unfinished and contains no tenant amenities. If you plan to bring outdoor equipment like bikes or golf clubs, please use the basement access. The laundry facilities are also located in the basement. Guest access The charm of our house is made better by its location, just a 4-minute walk to 1 of 7 beaches, a short drive to Mountain Creek Resort, and 15 minutes to Warwick. Guests will have access to 2 car parking in the driveway and 3rd car parking on the street. Please note the streets are a little tight so smaller cars should be on the street. There are several parks located within Highland Lakes as well as the greater Vernon area. Perfect for family adventures or for those who like to experience the beauty that New Jersey trails have to offer. Other things to note The property is located in a residential neighborhood that is a part of a Home Owners Association (HOA). Guests are asked to respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood. If you decide to book with us you will be required to provide tenant information for each guest as per our HOA.
