The space The space is a basement studio apartment with your own private entrance. Parking and backyard spaces are shared between guests in both the upstairs and downstairs units. Please note the home has been divided into two rentals and guest may hear the occasional sounds from time to time. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. Other guests do not have access to your unit. Guests may enjoy the large fenced in backyard, the firepit, and outdoor charcoal grill. Amenities also include a Level 2 EV charger (J1772), high speed internet, basic cable, a smart TV, streaming channels, and basic toiletries. There is a self check in process and each guest gets their own unique passcode to the property. Kitchen area includes full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, stove, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Guest access You will get the code for the keypad before you arrive. During your stay, you will have access to the basement apartment.
