The cost is ~$43.00/person. There are 24/7 attendants in the building for security. If anything needs an emergency repair, Judy can dispatch on-site maintenance crew. Minnesota weather can be a bit unpredictable in the spring and fall. The heating & air conditioning in the building are on for their respective seasons. However, there may be a few days in the spring when the weather warms up and the building has not switched to air conditioning. For these days, a fan is provided to pull fresh air in from the window.
