The kitchen has a four-burner gas stove; however, it does NOT have a built-in conventional oven. A portable/rotisserie oven is available, as well as a dish washer and ice maker. A gas BBQ is in place. Ample parking. Large covered porch with rocking chairs. The cottage is located on 5 acres. Well behaved children are welcome. Additional bed spaces can be added. The entire property is no smoking/no vaping/no drugs. Salmonberries, huckleberries, and blackberries are available on the property and free to guests when in season. Crab, oysters, mussels, clams, shrimp, salmon and more can be harvested seasonally and with permit at various beaches across the island. Both salt and freshwater fishing are options as well. The cottage features a Nespresso machine (coffee included) and an Aerocchino milk frother. Canola oil, cooking spray, balsamic vinegar, misc seasonings/spices, raw sugar, creamer, ground coffee, tea, and honey are provided. Sufficient quantities of these items are provided for shorter stays, long term stay guests will need to provide their own once the initial allotment is consumed. Tea Tree shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are provided in addition to hand-soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. The same short term/long term allotment applies to these items as well. Two TVs are available; both with various apps including Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, Prime, Apple TV, and HBO Max etc, in addition to various DVDs. Games, cards, puzzles, children’s books, Bluetooth speaker, and beach towels are provided. Various device chargers are provided (Android/iPhone). A pack’n’play with a mattress, two sheets and two blankets are available. In addition a high chair, plastic bowls, sippy cups, toddler utensils, and a step stool are also provided.
