This guest/family-friendly home combines the Breckenridge and adjoining Hideaway (a self-contained apartment) is the perfect base camp for exploring Helena, its world-class trail system and the area's incredible public lands and fly-fishing. It is also the perfect layover between Yellowstone and Glacier National Park, or gather with family and friends. You'll feel instantly welcome in our well appointed modern, clean home; walking distance from Helena's historic downtown and the Montana Capitol. The space This home is an adjoined (locking connecting door) space that has two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bars that each have 4 stools, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms and 3 smart TVs. The kitchens are well stocked with tools and pans so that cooking is a breeze. The outdoor area includes an equipped patio with a gas grill and a table with four chairs. A folding table and additional stacking chairs are provided to be used in the grassed and shaded backyard. This makes a fun place to recreate as well as a path for our neighborhood’s deer to cross through the yard. They can also be observed in the front yard on our welcoming front porch/deck. There is reserved parking in the back for 3 cars, with additional parking on Alta and Breckenridge streets. The Breckenridge Retreat is appointed to help guests feel at home. This newly remodeled three-story house has a well-supplied kitchens that welcomes numerous cooks at one time, has a coffee/tea bars and ample stool seating. There are enough dishes, utensils, and glassware between the two kitchens, upper and lower, for 20 guests, as well as 16 chairs, 2 dining tables and 8 stools for dining or games. There is also a set of non-breakable dishes for kids in each kitchen. Air conditioning and fans, as well, as hot water radiant heat make for a comfortable stay in any weather. The house has reliable, high-speed internet and WiFi and three TVs that stream Disney+ and Netflix (included). The smart TVs also have the ability for you to sign into a variety of your own subscriptions (Hulu, Prime, ESPN, etc.). We also have an assortment of games to play. Each bedroom has a new CASPER mattress to guarantee a great night’s sleep. Bedside lamps are equipped with USB ports for charging devices. Two laptop desks provide space for work or fun and multi device charging stations. Additional sleeping areas are a futon in the second floor main bedroom and a queen convertible sofa bed and a fold out chair twin that is perfect for a child in the basement living room. A storage shed is also available in the back for locking up bikes at night (bring your own padlock). Guest access Renting this space limits the property use solely to your party. Guest will be sent a unique entry code for the electronic lock. This will provide access from 4:00PM for check in and end at 11:00 AM after check out. (Early check in or late checkout can be arranged if turnovers allow) Reserved Parking is available for three vehicles in the back yard. Other parking is available either on Alta at the end of the alley or on Breckenridge Street, out front.
