The main floor offers a living room, kitchen with eat-in dining, 1/2 bath, and a washer and dryer. There is a walk-out patio with furniture for relaxing or eating while you enjoy the privacy of the backyard. The space Cobblestone Corner has been furnished with new beds, mattresses, linens, bath accessories, kitchen supplies, and other accommodations for your use. Snacks are on the kitchen counter and bottled water in the fridge! Just minutes from Interstate 75, guests have easy access to the ARK (about 10 minutes and you can be in the parking lot!), Starbucks, Walmart, antique shopping, and many different restaurants. We are conveniently located about half-way between Lexington and Cincinnati. Guest access There are 2 free parking spaces in the front of Cobblestone Corner for your convenience. Other things to note This home is one side (the left side) of a 2-family duplex. It is located at the end of a "finger" off the main street which reduces noise and offers guests a great opportunity to relax after a busy day. There is plenty of room to spread out, and the private patio is a nice space to sit and enjoy the early morning and a cup of coffee; or the afternoon where it is shaded.
