Or would you like to stay on our 3 acre property, with lush gardens, new pool, and feel like you have left the hustle and bustle of the city? Then look no further! The space Come stay in this amazing high end motorcoach. The RV is situated situated on three fully landscaped and maintained acres within the Starkey historic estate. Step back in time to an era long gone while staying in this beautiful property. The Starkey home was built in 1896 and has been a part of Chula Vista history and heritage for over 100 years. The RV has a private entrance as well as private parking and outdoor areas. This luxury motorcoach is the equivalent of a luxury condo with every possible luxury and amenity added. At about 500 square feet this is the perfect for for 2 to 4 guest. If needed and only upon request the sofa can convert to a full size bed as well. (We prefer to host 2-4 guest in this RV) This high end home on wheels has a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower and a small breakfast nook for 2-4 guest. The RV also has a washer and dryer built in, as well as a private entrance, and plenty of natural light. Our RV is stocked with everything you will need during your stay from towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The RV also has a large outdoor area that is exclusive to guest staying in the RV. This area is about 3/4 of an acres and includes a grill and outdoor furniture, hammock, and BBQ area, This area is located just outside the RV front door. This listing has access to the pool, gardens, and out door areas, when the main home is not booked. Please make sure to inquire about availability of outdoor areas prior to booking. RV is stationary and cannot be driven or moved by guest. If you would like to have RV set up at a local campsite that can be arranged for additional fees. We can also deliver the motor coach to any location you like. We can set up and leave every thing ready for your stay. The motor coach is also available for tailgating, concerts, and music festivals. Please inquire for more details and pricing. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire RV and the areas in front and behind the RV. A large gated 1 acre lot is also included in the listing for use by guest staying in the RV. The pool, hot tub, gardens, and areas surrounding the main home are only available when the main house is not booked. Those areas are not part of the booking. Please inquire about availability of these areas prior to booking. FYI the main house is booked every Fri, Sat, and Sunday. Other things to note 1. Payment - You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now or set up payment arrangements with AirBnB. They have 2 to 3 payment options. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions. 2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out. It is like a pre-authorization on your credit card. 3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you or text you outside the App until you have completed your reservation . 5. Guest occupancy is based on two guest in queen or king beds. The listing has a description, type, and number of beds listed. Sofas are used to calculate one guest per sofa as well. We use smart pricing feature with Air BnB unfortunately there are times, that the feature accepts prices lower than our set nightly minimum. If there is any doubt please message prior to booking. Holidays, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Pride, CRSSD, Comic Con, Kaboo Pool heating is $200 to $275 (depends on the time of year, current SDGE tier pricing, and ambient temperature) to heat per 24 hour period. The pool takes 10-16 hours to heat prior to use. Make sure your guest count is accurate and reflects the correct number of guest during your stay. You can modify this up to one week before your stay. This helps us prepare the home and ensure that all your guest have a wonderful time. Please make sure you and all your guest read the house rules and are aware of them.
