Mr Tho Garden Villas offer a peaceful retreat away from hustle and bustle of Hoi An. These well-maintained villa rooms, totaling 4 in number, are spacious, cool, and feature a lovely pool in a garden setting. The villas are conveniently located 2km from Cua Dai beach & 3km from the ancient town, making it an ideal location between the old city and the beach. The garden villas face our lush gardens with a swimming pool surrounded by native flowers. Additionally, we provide reliable, fast wifi. The space This is a family home and the space and entrance are private. The villas consist of two blocks of houses: the main house and a secondary unit located 12m apart. There is a shared pool at the center and a stunning tropical garden with a coconut terrace, equipped with tables and chairs for dining, working, enjoying coffee, or reading. The main house has two floors; our family lives on the ground floor, while the first floor comprises a private double room and a private twin room. All bedrooms have private balconies and are equipped with air conditioning, hot water, cable TV, hair dryers, shampoo, handwash, body wash, and reliable Wi-Fi. Each room also includes a dedicated workspace with a table and chair. A dedicated laptop-friendly workspace with appropriate lighting, a power outlet, and a universal charger is available. High-speed, reliable Wi-Fi is provided for work purposes. All necessary amenities are provided in the private kitchen, including utensils, salt, pepper, oil, handwash, dish soap, Vietnamese coffee powder, instant coffee, and a drip coffee maker. Additionally, a microwave is available. The kitchen joins the living room and a laundry room with no air conditioner and a big water fan is provided in the area. However, if the doors to two rooms are opened, a cooler temperature can be enjoyed. The laundry area includes a washing machine, drying space, and hangers. Free parking is available, and bicycles can be provided upon request at no extra cost. Self-check-in is available, with keys placed on the tables in the rooms. The shared pool and sun chairs in the garden create a colorful and peaceful ambiance alongside the eco-friendly dedicated work area at the coconut terrace. Our villas are a calm and tranquil place, offering an escape from the busyness of town. The beautiful oasis, located just outside the main part of town, is surrounded by lovely flowering plants that create a peaceful ambiance, especially at night. It is very quiet, providing a sense of serenity. The stunning infinity pool is set in a lovely outdoor space with a nice terraced area and plenty of garden furniture. There are numerous local restaurants, bars, and markets nearby, as well as activities such as visits to the beach and farm village. Overall, our villas offer a lovely retreat with outstanding hospitality. Guest access The garden is 1,000 square meters large with a lots of flowers, birds, tables and chairs for outside working or just only coffee. The swimming pool is fresh.
